At Arkray India, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Package the items securely in their original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-site inspection of the garment's condition during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, a representative will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return parcel at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
